Dion raced through his championship in six shows including a five-point major and wins over specials. Already a multiple Group winner, he finished #8 total points, and #6 breed points for 2001 (Canine Chronicles final 2001 standing).

The year 2001 was a real thrill for both Dion and his owners, Daina & Susan!
In October 2001, Dion earned his Junior Hunting title, handled by Susan Harrison, and friends Betty Wirth, and Myrna Widmer. For a second year in a row, Susan and Dion received a Judge's Award of Merit at the 2001 VCA Nationals. At the AKC Eukanuba Classic, Dion and Susan received an "Award of Excellence", in the top 20 Vizsla breed competition. To end the year with a BIG BANG, on New Year's Eve day, Dion, and Mom finished his Novice Agility title with three first place, and one second place awards!

On April 20,2002, Dion sired a beautiful litter of four girls, and one boy, with a beautiful bitch called Ch. Prairie Menny Kisbab, JH, CGC. Kisha's owner Beth McGaughey, reports that the babes are all healthy, beautiful and growing by the day.
